A youth organization sponsored by the Knights of Columbus for Catholic young men ages 10 – 17. Through community service and other activities the members experience spiritual development and fellowship. Meetings are held once a month.

The St. Pius Council sponsors the St. Pius memorial garden for the unborn. Prospective members must first meet with the K of C Admission Committee.

The Ladies’ Auxiliary has a twofold purpose: growth and Christian fellowship among members and the support of the St. Pius Council. A Catholic wife, mother, widow, sister or daughter of a Knight of Columbus is eligible to join.

Parish Council of Catholic Women (PCCW)
The purpose of the PCCW is to support, empower and educate all Catholic Women in spirituality, leadership and service, responding with Gospel values to the needs of the Church and Society. We provide activities for women, support for the pastor, parish activities and assistance to local charities. All women of the parish, including non-Catholic wives of parishioners, are eligible for membership.

Senior Citizen’s Club
Senior Citizen parishioners meet for fellowship and faith sharing beginning with the Rosary, Mass and a covered-dish luncheon on the first Friday of the month. Occasional day trips and special events are also part of this active group’s schedule.

Cancer Pad Sewing Ministry
This ministry prepares disposable bed pads/washcloths from gently used bed sheets for “Our Lady of Perpetual Help” cancer home. Come share your time, talent and fellowship the 2nd Tuesday of the month followed by lunch.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to the Homebound
Following certification, these special Ministers are entrusted with the Eucharist and are sent forth by the priest and the faith community at the end of Mass, fostering a living link between the Body of Christ and St. Pius parishioners who are unable to attend Mass.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial
This ecumenical ministry includes members of St. Pius Catholic, St. Simon’s Episcopal, and Epiphany Lutheran Churches. Our mission is the promotion of the values and principles taught by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., through annual programs, service projects and activities that foster social justice.

This ministry assists our sister parish, Our Lady of the Presentation in Los Palis, Haiti. We focus on the medical and educational needs of the parish community offering financial aid, and medical missions. Ministry meetings are the first Monday of every month; activities are announced in the parish bulletin.

An Interfaith Hospitality Ministry that supports homeless families with children in Rockdale and Newton Counties. Participating congregations provide shelter using their church facilities; volunteers prepare meals and provide simple fellowship, ranging from helping young guests’ basic possessions to the next church in the rotation. A central location in Conyers provides a Day Care Center for adult work and housing assistance, and a hub for school transportation. Volunteers of all ages, interests, talents, and time availability are needed.

Annulment Case Sponsor
Case Sponsors are trained by the Archdiocesan Tribunal and are available to confidentially assist those seeking a declaration of nullity of a former marriage. Case sponsors work in the parish setting, providing assistance to the Pastor, the Tribunal, and most importantly, to Parishioners submitting a case to the Metropolitan Tribunal of Atlanta. There is a lot of misinformation concerning annulments. Case Sponsors provide some answers, emotional support, positive reassurance, and practical assistance throughout the process.
