WELCOME!

Thank you for your interest in our faith formation programs for children and youth Pre-K to 12th Grade. We are here to serve you, the parent, as the primary catechist  and to compliment the values, morals and Catholic faith lessons that you strive to teach your child.  To learn more about our programs please visit the following:

PSR- Pre-K through 5th Grade

Edge- 6th through 8th Grade

Life Teen- 9th through 12th Grade

Register Now for the  2016-2017 Faith Formation Year!

To complete your registration please fill out the front and back of the appropriate form and turn into the Faith Formation Representative after Sunday Mass or at the Parish Office during the week. Class fee or deposit with payment plan is required to register. Click here to pay online. Fee’s for the 2015-2016 year are as follows:

Class & Materials Fee PSR/Edge/Life Teen: $60/child maxing at $180 per family (after 7/31/15 -$75/child maxing at $225 per family).

Additional Life Teen Fee’s:

Note:  There is no meal charge for Life Teen this year! (Thank you Fr. Randy & Fr. Greg)

Retreat (Spring or Fall): $110.00 (Required Year 2 Confirmation/RCIT)

Confirmation Resources: $35 (Required Year 2 Confirmation)

Online Payment Option for Religious Education

Make a onetime payment using your Visa, Master Card or Bank Account!

  • Please go to our parish Online Giving webpage.
  • On the bottom right click on “Quick Give”.
  • On the next page, click “Continue Quick Give” on the bottom right.
  • Fill out all fields; under fund select the 2nd option “PSR/SL/YM Other or Past Fees”
  • Enter the amount of payment  you wish to make (see above for class fees)
  • *Complete the “Special Instruction” box : 
  1. the child(ren) you are registering,
  2.  their grade(s),
  3.  session time desired if applicable

*Please note that the materials fee cannot be properly assigned unless we have this information.

Payments may be split if necessary; parent is responsible for completing payment of fees.
